Amsterdam's live literary journal returns on Sunday, 11 September for its third volume, "Obstacles". Every second Sunday through June, join us in maps and legends, elevations and anatomies, fallen objects and hindrances, the celestial charts and altering seabeds.
Our premiere edition, "Font", is edited by Versal founder Megan M. Garr and features visiting American poet Emily Carr, presenting poems from the minotaur that broke her heart.
Doors open at 7pm. Entrance is 5 euros*. Cash and card accepted.
The Semaphore Bookstore will be open 7-10pm, featuring a range of local authors' books, second-hand treasures, and Versal.
